CareSmart Solutions recognizes that each child care organization is faced with a different set of challenges. A standardized, "one size fits all" solution may not address the specific needs of each individual client. In addition, the task of implementing a new system requires training and education in order to help associates utilize the full benefits of the new application.
To help with this, CareSmart Solutions provides multiple services to help new and existing clients implement the STARS solution. These services provide evidence of the partnership and long-term relationship CareSmart Solutions is committed to developing with each of our clients.
Intial System Setup: CareSmart provides Customers with initial system setup consulting and assistance with respect to Customer's basic organizational structure, financial accounts, rates, programs and other areas as needed. Startup webinar training is included to help users get up and running quickly.
Basic Training and Support: CareSmart provides various training tools to help users get up and running quickly that include: tool tips on fields, on-screen help, system documentation that may be viewed or printed, on-line flash training videos, scheduled training webinars, email support and standard phone support by its application experts.
Other Services: CareSmart has a Professional Services Organization ("PSO") that will provide additional services relating to system training, custom configuration, data conversion, system integration with Customer systems (ie: accounting, payroll, marketing), custom reporting and similar needs.
